While you can gather a wealth of information from our web pages, there is no substitute for learning about Xavier Academy straight from our community (administrators, faculty, students, and current families). Daily Campus Visits
Want to know how Xavier Academy prepares you for 21st-century universities, as well as our application process and student aid? Get your questions about academics, student organizations, and life on campus answered during an information session and a student-led tour of our modern campus.
What times are your tours?
Our visits are typically offered Monday – Friday:
9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Our basic visit consists of a 20-minute walking tour of campus, followed by a 40-minute information session given by a member of the admission staff and a meeting with our Head of Schools (1.0-hour total). In addition, prospective transfer students may request additional appointments beyond the tour & information session. (Availability of additional appointments may vary based on the academic calendar and current health & safety protocols.)
Admission Interviews
We are excited that you wish to have a personal interview with us! An interview with an admission counselor is a wonderful opportunity for us to get to know you beyond your application. These conversations allow you to highlight your unique combination of interests, involvements, and passions while exploring how they may find a home at Xavier Academy.
