Below you will find a thorough listing of all associated costs of attending Xavier Academy for the 2022-2023 school year. We hope you find this information useful as you consider affordability and financial planning. We understand the considerable investment you would be making in your child’s education and offer the option of several payment plans as well as need-based financial aid.

 

Lower & Middle School (Grades K–8)          $ 28,925

Upper School (Grades 9-12)                         $ 32,085

 

Xavier Academy offers three payment plans to cover tuition payments only; fees are paid separately as invoiced. Tuition Insurance is available to all families. Tuition Insurance is required for families choosing the Two-Payment, Quarterly, or Monthly Installment Plans. The Two-Payment and Monthly Installment Plans include a 4.25% finance (deferral) fee for unpaid tuition

All Students – These fees are due at the time of enrollment and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tuition Payment Plans

ONE-PAYMENT PLAN

The tuition balance is due in one (1) installment, payable by June 15, 2023. If enrolling after this date, the payment would be due one month after enrollment.

 

TWO-PAYMENT PLAN

Tuition is payable in two (2) installments.

  • Installment 1: 60% of tuition and fees are due June 15, 2023.
  • Installment 2: 40% of tuition and fees are due October 15, 2023

 

QUARTERLY INSTALLMENT PLAN

Tuition is payable in four (4) installments:

  • Installment 1: 25% of tuition and fees are due June 15, 2023.
  • Installment 2: 25% of tuition and fees are due September 15, 2023.
  • Installment 3: 25% of tuition and fees are due December 15, 2023.
  • Installment 4: 25% of tuition and fees are due March 15, 2024.

 

MONTHLY INSTALLMENT PLAN

The tuition balance is payable in ten (10) monthly installments from June 15, 2023, through March 15, 2024.

GRADUATION FEE

Fee includes cap and gown, diploma, photos, yard sign, and T-shirt:    $ 275

OTHER FEES

Dual Credit course fees are included in the tuition.

Incidentals such as textbooks and support materials are not included.

 

 

Tuition Payment Policy
  1.      Tuition is due on or before June 15, 2023. Tuition is payable in full unless the one-payment, two-payment, or quarterly or monthly installment plans are selected.
  2.      The two-payment, or quarterly or monthly installment plans, include a deferral fee of 4.25% of the annual tuition due on the June 15th
  3.      Deferral fees range from $1,229 – $1,364, depending on the student’s grade. Please see Truth in Lending Disclosure.
  4.      A NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE enrollment deposit of $1,000 is due by March 1, 2023, for currently enrolled students or on the contract date for newly enrolled students. This deposit will be applied to the June 15th Tuition statement.
  5.      The TUITION AND FEE OBLIGATION IS FOR THE ENTIRE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR and will not be waived or refunded unless Xavier Academy receives written notice of withdrawal prior to June 1, 2023.
  6.      Parents with students in grades K-12 are to enroll in the Tuition Refund Insurance Plan. This program insures tuition (prepaid and due) in the event of extended absence, withdrawal, or dismissal before the end of the school year according to the terms of the policy. The premium rate is 4.25% of annual tuition and is due with the June 15th
  7.      All families are required to enroll in FACTS Tuition’s auto-debit program to pay for monthly incidental charges (if applicable), the two-payment, or quarterly or monthly installment plans tuition charges.
  8.      If payments are not received by the due date, they are considered delinquent:
  9.      A $45 late fee plus interest of 1.5% per month will be assessed on delinquent amounts.
  10.    Students with delinquent accounts will not be allowed to begin school in August.
  11.    Students with a past due amount of 60 days or more may not attend class or participate in school activities. In addition, enrollment contracts, final grades, and/or transcripts may not be released for students with delinquent accounts.
