Xavier is launching a 12-week course on ZOOM taught by professional accountant Steven “Chuck” Bates of Cornelius, Stegent & Price, LLP. Beginning on January 28, 2021, the course will take place every Thursday from 7pm – 8pm. The curriculum (Building Wealth) is a beginner-friendly financial education guide from the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. The Texas State Board of Education approved Building Wealth as one of the resources that meets the Texas Legislature mandate of personal finance education in the economics high school classroom.
